How to make an order
In the page of each product please click on the button "Add to cart" to send us an e-mail already showing the details of the product you are interested in. Please fill in the form in each field before sending your order request.
Once received your e-mail, our staff will send you an e-mail including the effective availability of the product requested, the shipping charges to send the product directly at your home/office address and the total amount due.
Terms & Conditions
The total amount of the order – including the shipping charges if the shipment will be organized by our Company – must be paid in advance thorugh bank transfer, and anyway before the goods can leave our showroom in Florence.
We kindly request to send us a copy of the bank transfer confirmation as released by your bank in order to ship the goods without having to wait to receive the money in our bank account.
The bank details to make the bank transfer will be notified together with the order confirmation.
Shipping charges
The shipping charges are calculated according to the destination of the shipment. Once you have processed your order request our staff will notify the availability of the products requested as well as the shipping charges.
In case you wish to use your preferred freight forwarder please notify it to our staff. In this case our Company won't be obviously responsible for any damage made to the product once we have given it to your preferred freight forwarder. When the shipping is organized by our Company, the products ordered will be insured to guarantee both you and us.
Delivery time
Since many crystal chandeliers, Murano glass chandeliers, Calcedonia sculptures and Murano glass sculptures are unique pieces, delivery times are usually only related to the time needed to send the goods from our showroom in Florence to your home/office address.
In case the products ordered wouldn't be unique pieces and wouldn't also be in stock, our staff will notify the time we need for the replenishment of the products you are interested in.
Once you have received these information, you will decide to confirm or to cancel the order previously done.
